Signing In with Google

We use this information only to create and secure your account, to sign you in, and to communicate with you about your account. AI Features
MadeSure offers optional AI features, when available in your workspace: an in-app assistant that answers questions about your company's own production records, scanning of receipts and documents to prepare entries, and drafting a recipe or process from a process letter or similar document.
- When data is sent: only when a user chooses to use an AI feature. We send the question or document the user provides and the records needed to answer it, limited to what that user is allowed to see.
- Who processes it: Anthropic, PBC processes these requests as our sub-processor to generate the response. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, the content we send is not used to train its models.
- What the output is: AI output is a draft. A person must review it before anything is saved. AI features never approve, release, or sign records, and they do not make food-safety, regulatory, legal, medical, or tax determinations.
- Your control: a company owner or administrator can turn AI features off for the company or for specific roles.
